Closing Procedure for Gold Purchase
Our gold purchase procedure ensures a transparent and streamlined process for buyers interested in acquiring gold from our company.

Submission of Letter of Intent (LOI):
The buyer initiates the process by submitting a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) to the seller, expressing their interest in purchasing gold.

Full Corporate Offer (FCO) Issuance:
Upon receiving the LOI, the seller provides the buyer with a comprehensive Full Corporate Offer (FCO), detailing the terms and conditions of the transaction, including quantity, quality, price, and payment terms.

Agreement Execution:
The buyer carefully reviews the FCO and, if satisfied, signs, seals, and returns the agreement to the seller, indicating their acceptance of the terms outlined.

Invitation to Top Table Meeting:
Upon receipt of the signed agreement, the seller extends a formal invitation to the buyer for a joint top table meeting in Nairobi, Kenya, to physically inspect and verify the availability of the gold nuggets.

Physical Verification and Sealing:
The buyer travels to Nairobi for the scheduled meeting, where both parties conduct a thorough inspection of the gold nuggets to ensure compliance with agreed-upon specifications. Upon satisfaction, the buyer seals the product to finalize the transaction.

Payment of Export Documentation Costs:
Once all terms are met to the satisfaction of both parties, the buyer pays for the full documentation cost to the designated shipper. This includes a 10% export tax and related government royalties. The airway bill is prepared within 3 working days after completion of export facilitation and documentation.

Collateral Provision by Seller:
To guarantee the transaction, the seller provides collateral equivalent to the amount paid by the buyer to facilitate the exportation of the gold consignment. The collateral remains under single custody until completion of the transaction.

Shipment and Refinery Accompaniment:
Both buyer and seller accompany the shipment cargo to the buyer’s designated refinery for final assay and payment within 48 hours of arrival. This ensures transparency and accountability throughout the refining process.
